Michael is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and conscious connected breathwork practitioner. He offers trauma-informed individual therapy sessions that integrate IFS with body-based and mindfulness approaches to help people live more inspired, creative and fulfilling lives.
Michael also offers individual breathwork sessions to facilitate the exploration and processing of deeply held challenging beliefs, emotions, memories and physical sensations for improved well-being, personal growth and spiritual development. As a non-ordinary state practice, Breathwork is a powerful modality to embody and integrate experiences beyond just the thinking mind.
Michael's aim is to gently guide people to find their own inner wisdom, strength and resilience to live more in flow.
